I have been fortunate to use this product on several clients homes. I believe it to be one of the finest energy solution on the market for those needing or wanting to keep the original windows in their historic home. The owners work with you direct and are meticulous in their measurement system. This ensures every window is custom fit for their product. I recently purchased a condo on the 8th floor in a high rise building on the Jersey Shore. The building is 50 years old with single pane windows. It came InnerGlass inside window systems in all the room. I believe they were installed about 10 years ago. I did not know much about them and was thinking about doing a complete window replacement upgrade like other units in the building to the tune of $50,000. Well, I have been living here about a year and have come to love these windows for a number of reasons. They still work perfectly and do an excellent job of insulation and air infiltration. We get very windy being on right on the coast and they seal perfectly. I actually think they are better than the new insulated windows that other residences have recently installed. A second benefit is they dramatically reduce street traffic noise. A third benefit is I really like the way they look. They soften the industrial look of the required bronze windows. From the inside you see nice white framed windows that soften & blend in nicely with the rooms. They are very easy to open & close for ventilation and to remove for cleaning all the windows. I did have to contact InnerGlass to order a couple missing parts. Customer service was fantastic. Kimber found the original order and promptly sent me the replacement parts that fit perfectly. I could not be happier with the product and the service. A+!

I purchased a full set of custom interior storm windows from Innerglass Window Systems for my late 1930's home 21 years ago. These windows are A + quality and are still performing as designed and manufactured after all these years. Recently, one of my kids accidently broke one of the units in my living room. I contacted the owner of the company, and to my amazement, he still had all of the specifications for my windows! He informed on how to get it repaired with great detail. We ordered 17 windows for our Montana home that had vinyl double pane windows. Windows were easy to install, definitely feel the heat difference. No more cold windows. The house is staying warmer, furnace runs less. The only drawback I would say is they are not "bank vault quiet" as was stated to me. I can still hear dogs barking through the installed storm windows, albeit they aren't so loud.

Going back to Innerglass 15 years after having a number of our casement windows done. For both sound and insulation, such a great product! We would like to do more as part of tightening up our home. In this case, they were able to work with us on what were 6 profile steps, before the sash. They helped us find a dimension where their custom product fit great.

With my 1922 house fronting on a 4 lane city street, air sealing was only one of the benefits I hoped to reap with my new Innerglass interior glass storm windows. They did not dissapoint! Since installation, the traffic noise has been cut at least 80% (and I don’t hear people yakking on their cell phones on the sidewalk anymore!). The low E coating helped considerably to reduce solar loading in the large East and West facing windows during the last super hot weeks of summer. Looking forward to energy savings provided by the newly effective airtightness this winter. Not only are David and Kimber dedicated perfectionists (so there were no unexpected issues with the installation, which included 7 oversized windows), but also efficient and delightful to deal with. As an energy efficiency professional myself, I will be happy to recommend Innerglass to my clients and associates!
